Introduction

Cam1 provides onsite and inhouse computer repair services and needed a system which recorded all work in progress so that management could easily monitor job progress, charges and improve work flow.

Overview

The project required the development of a multiuser application that linked to existing accounting database and allowed technichians to update information on multiple jobs at the same time.
